Great book - Highly recommended!

In his book, Steve Sanghi outlines the blueprint for his company's success, which no surprise is based on the people at Microchip working together towards a common vision under a well defined system that he names the Aggregate System.

I have read numerous business books and this is one of the best in describing "how to" build a successful company. The book is practical, to the point with concepts that are powerful and simple to implement. Key takeaways from the book:

This book is tops in describing a successful system that enables a company to win through the greatness of its people. A clear example of the power of the Aggregate System is the outstanding business results that Microchip delivers year after year.
