'DRIVING EXCELLENCE' what a wonderful piece of literature .It is concise, straight forward and reading it ,you have the feeling you are reading a 'fairy tale' but the truth is this is no fairy tale.
I came into contact with this book when i was waiting to be interviewd at this august prestigious company , i could not put the book down because it contained soo much information and the fact it is an excellent read i just could not believe how wonderful the presentations are outlined .
Steve Sanghi what an excellent gentleman, Steve just is the excellent CEO you would want to run your company . My first time i came into contact with him was on one of his many information sessions between him and his employees and the atmosphere was right ,perfect and straight to the point .His simple nature but knowledeable inputs are a thing that seperates him from the rest.
Now I am proud to be working for MICROCHIP and it is a source of enlightenment for me to walk into work everyday but I dont forget to walk through the lobby so i could catch a glimpse of the copy of DRIVING EXCELLENCE SITTING AT THE LOBBY.
Next i need to own a copy .
